It’s a variation of the basic pound cake flavored with matcha environment-friendly tea powder.
Components:
- 2 large size eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp matcha (environment-friendly tea powder)
- 1/2 tsp cooking powder
Prep work:
Cream butter in a dish. As sugar to the butter and mix well. Slowly include eggs and stir well. Look flour, cooking powder, and eco-friendly tea powder with each other and add the flour to the egg combination. Pour the batter into a buttered loaf pan. Bake in preheated 340 level F stove for 30-40 minutes.
